To machine parts, the material must be separated, using a piece that may have the shape of an ingot and it is a solid piece from which material must be subtracted as if it were an authentic sculpture, using tools and sophisticated techniques that we have in our machining company:
Through abrasion; In this process, the particles of the material are released upon contact with sandpaper called an abrasive wheel, which abrades the material, causing incandescent particles to be released. This type of system is very precise and the finish is impeccable.
Through chip removal; In this case, the material is separated with blades and cutting edges that pass several times to slice the material from the ingot. At first it is done more abruptly and with little precision and, later, more precisely to remove the excess. It is an effective and fast method to manufacture the parts.
No chip removal; In this case it is a method that is used when making welding or forging pieces.
There is also manual machining, which requires great skill and is carried out by hand, with the help of elementary tools such as the saw, the burin or the file.
Machine tool machining; It is based on the use of an advanced and more or less complex machine at a technological level, to be used and shape the part to be manufactured. Among the machine tools, the milling machine and the lathe, the planer, the drill or the broaching machine stand out.
